Surge protection device to prevent lightning surge voltage in low-voltage electrical system or solar energy system (photovoltaic power supply system). These devices must be installed in parallel on the low-voltage distribution system or DC power supply system to be protected, and provide common and different modes of protection. Its installation location is recommended to be located at the front end of the household side of the distribution system or at both ends of the DC power line (solar panel side and inverter/converter side), and equipped with matching circuit breakers or fuses.

4p surge represents a higher surge voltage level and is suitable for environments subject to severe disturbances, such as civil overhead lines, unprotected high-voltage substations, etc. In these environments, the equipment may face high-intensity surge shocks from lightning, power system switching operations, etc. By conducting 4p surge immunity tests, the reliability of the equipment in extreme electromagnetic environments can be ensured.

Reduce failure rate: The internal circuits and components of the equipment that has undergone 4p surge testing have been strictly screened and verified to maintain normal operation under high voltage shocks.
